    Description

    This auction is for a Lionel O Gauge No.783 New York Central Hudson Steam Engine and 12 Wheel Tender In The Original Box. Catalog No.6-8406. It was made in 1984. It has been in storage and it has never been on the track and it has never been run or displayed and it is in New Condition. It is 100% original and complete. I did test the engine for the first time this week before listing it and it runs great and the smoke unit works and the headlight works and E-unit works. It has Steam Sounds and whistle sounds that work. To avoid marking up the wheels I did not test run it on a track and it has not been oiled and is just as it came from the factory. The engine and tender is all die-cast metal and it measures 23-1/4" long. It comes with a clean and solid box with foam insert and all the original paper work shown in the pictures.
