Up for auction is a beautiful
ALL ORIGINAL #2322 VIRGINIAN FM
. This engine is in SPECTACULAR MINT/UNRUN CONDITION.
It comes with a C-9 ORIGINAL BOX/INSERT AND INSTRUCTION SHEET.
This LOCOMOTIVE is in unbelievable condition. There is nothing broken and the casting on the engine is perfect.  There are no broken parts.
THERE ARE NO SCREW HOLE CRACKS
. It is factory fresh and looks new. The chassis is perfect, the frame is straight. The wheels and rollers are perfect with no signs of wear. The graphics are crisp and clear. The striping on the loco is perfect and like new. The railing and decals are original with shelf dust on the railings.
The engine has a nice dull patina showing virtually no handling. The chassis is unrun with
NO BATTERY DAMAGE
. It is equipped with dual motors, dual headlights, horn, and
Magne~Traction.
Both engine and box are C-9/C-10. Everything is original.
The
ORIGINAL BOX
is in superb condition with beautiful graphics, C-9. There is no extraneous tape or writing on the box. The box is a brick. All flaps are present and attached. All numbers and other data clearly legible.
The set comes with a nice instruction sheet. This was the top of the line diesel engine in the Lionel Line in 1965 and came in their highest priced sets.
