The innovative and intuitive Jog Dial makes the Tufftalk simple to use, even with gloves on
Equipped with VOX for Phone and Intercom, the voice activation makes answering calls or communicating via intercom a breeze
Using Bluetooth 4.1, pair the Tufftalk to your favorite to your smartphone or Bluetooth music device such as an MP3 player to make or receive calls and listen to all of your music through the high quality HD speakers
You can even use the Sena Smartphone App when paired to your smartphone, allowing you to easily configure all of your settings, set up speed dial presets or create FM radio station presets to listen to through the built-in FM radio feature

Shipping

We ship from multiple locations around the US (items will ship from closest warehouse that has inventory at the time the order is placed) and use several methods of shipment including: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We reserve the right to ship using another carrier if necessary. If you require a particular service be used, please contact customer service before placing your order.
Returns
RETURN POLICY:
Buyer has 30 days from the date that the item was received to contact us (Adrenaline Junkee) either by eBay message or opening a return in eBay.
Buyer must receive an RMA # before sending item back to us.
All items must be returned to our Arizona facility and in the same condition as received. All items must be in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. [in cases of an error on our end (this will be determined when buyer contacts for RMA #), a pre-paid return label will be sent to the customer]
Refund/Exchange/Replacement will be issued within 6 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON:
Electrical items where the box has been opened and or the part has been installed. (If the part was defective that would be handled under the manufacturer's warranty; in which case, please see warranty section).
Used merchandise of any sort. Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. If you install the parts or ride in the gear at all, it is used and cannot be resold as “New”.
PART(S), TIRE(S) & TOOL(S) RETURNS:
Tires may be exchanged/returned if unused. We do not refund or credit the original shipping to the buyer.
Any tool(s) removed from the original package may not be returned. -Any part(s) that shows signs of being installed may not be returned.

For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Adrenaline Junkee will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of its ability as customer service is our top priority.
All items that are returned to Adrenaline Junkee for manufacturer warranty consideration must have shipping paid to and from our warehouse.
